Using FindNChop
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of FindNChop’s public restaurant directory and optional consumer accounts.
1. Operator and acceptance
The service is operated by Trendit Technologies, at North Legon, Accra, Ghana (GhanaPost GPS: GE-215-0341). By creating an account, you accept the version shown above and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not accept these terms, you may continue browsing public pages without an account.
2. What FindNChop provides
FindNChop helps people discover restaurants and view menu information. It is a directory and discovery service: it does not sell meals, accept payments, confirm reservations, or act as a restaurant. Restaurant prices, availability, opening hours and contact details may change, so check important information directly with the restaurant.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, restaurants, the service, or comply with law.
4. Your submissions
Corrections, ratings, likes and other submissions must be honest, relevant and based on your genuine experience or reliable information. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, confidential or rights-infringing material. You allow FindNChop to store, review and use submissions to operate and improve the directory. Correction approval remains subject to restaurant-owner or administrator review.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or overload the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest personal information, manipulate ratings, or use FindNChop in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
6. Third-party services
Links and contact actions may open third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google or restaurant websites. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and have separate terms and privacy practices.
7. Accuracy and availability
We work to show sourced and recently checked information, but the service and catalogue are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FindNChop does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every restaurant detail will always be current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be published with a new version and effective date, and account holders may be asked to accept updated terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
